| About Our Speakers |
Jeff Hawes, PharmD., RPH received his Pharm.D.
in 2003 from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. He received
his BS in Pharmacy from Purdue University in 1983. He has 22 years of
pharmacy experience including 12 years in managed care. He most recently
worked as a Pharmacy Practice Manager for a PBM for four years and prior
to that he served eight years as the pharmacy director for a commercial
health plan. Dr. Hawes has extensive experience in clinical management,
contracting, pharmaceutical manufacturer relations, pharmacy network
strategy, utilization and cost management, project management, various
program implementations, and various other operational, financial and
clinical functions.

Kevin Waite, MS, RPh is a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant
with PSG. Kevin has over 20 years of diverse managed care pharmacy experience,
including more than 10 years of senior management experience with a leading
PBM. Kevin has developed significant expertise in evaluating PBM pricing
strategies and tactics, thoroughly understands the operational capabilities
of claims processors (having worked with both Argus and SXC), and is
an expert in assisting clients in designing and deploying strategies
to improve overall pharmacy program performance.
