The health risk appraisal is now recognized as a foundational element in any population health management program aimed at reducing key health risks associated with higher health care costs. Now organizations are turning to the HRA to answer important questions such as costs associated with productivity, effectiveness and value of their health interventions, and how to measure longitudinal health status by merging HRA data with key organizational expenses, such as medical and disability.
Drawing upon Mayo's diverse client experience, this Webinar will look at how companies are mining HRA data for guidance on their population health initiatives. Join us for our May webinar entitled Getting the Most Value from a Health Risk Assessment. You'll learn how organizations are using the HRA to capture information relevant to company-specific priorities and discover strategies that will engage more of your population in the risk management process.

The centerpiece of this program was the development of an integrated health and productivity data management system with medical, pharmacy, disability, Worker's Compensation, and health promotion data linked together at the "individual" level.
At Southern California Edison, Kurt worked with an innovative team who designed a risk reduction program that linked the company's benefit plan with a financial incentive. The program design and outcomes were recognized by the industry as one of the first recipients of the C. Everett Koop Nation Health Awards.
Kurt has a Master of Arts in Corporate Health/Fitness Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Sacramento.
