About Our Speakers

Patrice S Goldfarb, CSA has been an employee benefits consultant for over 20 years. She has worked with small businesses, large corporations,  non-profit organizations, schools  and associations. Her emphasis is finding the right health plan at the right cost by understanding what employees use and appreciate.

 

 She developed another specialization in long-term care insurance because of her emphasis on health care matters and the confusion between medical care and custodial care

 

In 1992 she founded Creative Benefits Solutions, a consulting firm that worked with insurance agents, CPAs and attorneys helping them find cost effective solutions for their client’s employee benefits needs. In 2002 the firm merged with The Medical Link.  This merger offered her customers expanded servicing.  When she moved to New Jersey, Patti founded The Employee Benefits Advisors Group, so that she could bring the services of national experts in related fields, such as human resources, employment lay, recruiting, etc. to her clients when needed. This organization is an affiliate of The Medical Link.

 

As an industry leader, Patti has been quoted publications such as Fortune, Kiplinger’s and Forbes. She was the founder of the New York State Association of Health Underwriters and is currently a trustee; she is also an advisor to the New York City Chapter,   Chairperson of the Insurance Committee of the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.

 

Patti has published health insurance related articles and presented seminars on topics such as: “Mistakes Employers Make in Buying Health Insurance;” “Long Term Care Insurance Design and Planning”; “International Health Insurance Issues and “How to Shop for Health Insurance.”
