About Our Speakers

Todd McGuire — Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer

Todd McGuire, COO and CTO, manages incentaHEALTH’s operations and technology strategy. As one of the co-founders of incentaHEALTH, Todd has helped architect many of the systems and processes that allow incentaHEALTH’s customers to deliver measurable, incentive-based wellness programs to employees. Todd has focused his career on helping organizations improve their business performance through the application of advanced technologies. Before co-founding incentaHEALTH, Todd served as CTO of BlueCompass, where he worked with incentaHEALTH’s CEO, Jack Rule. Previously, Todd worked at Raymond James Consulting and BDM Technologies, in Denver, CO, where he developed e-commerce systems for healthcare, financial services and manufacturing companies. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Todd studied information systems and management to earn his B.S. degree. Todd is also a Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys participating in marathons and triathlons as a way to stay healthy.

Scott MacStravic, PhD is a semi-retired former healthcare executive and professor, who has also worked as a consultant and writer for over thirty years. He has had ten books and roughly 750 articles published in a wide range of publications, with most of his recent work on the subject of proactive health and productivity/performance management for employee populations, and disease management for insured populations.
