Mary Kate Scott is the principal of Scott & Company, a strategy consulting firm for health technology firms, device companies, healthcare retailers and service providers, their investors, and leading not for profit healthcare organizations including the Gates Foundation and The California Health Care Foundation. Her interests lie at the intersection of consumers, health technology, new delivery and business models. Her recent publications included the landmark HealthCare in the Express Lane: The Emergence of Retail Clinics (2006), and the forthcoming CHCF Retail Clinics Go Mainstream (2007); new market approaches for medical device firms; the future of remote health services, and shifting consumer healthcare financial incentives.

Louise Clyde has extensive experience in clinical and health plan management.  Louise is the Director of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota's Allied Network Management accountable for contracting and management of many allied providers including retail health clinics.  Blue Cross was an early proponent of retail health clinics contracting with MinuteClinic in 2003.  Louise will review learning and experience in working with retail health clinics in Minnesota.  Prior to Blue Cross, Louise managed Psychiatric units at Metropolitan Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Louise is a registered nurse with a B.A. from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota.
