PROXYMED EXTENDS DATE OF 10-K FILING
ProxyMed Inc. (Atlanta) said it will file its annual Form 10-K with the Securities & Exchange Commission on or before March 30, allowing the company to incorporate information about PlanVista, which it acquired on March 2 (EHI, November 2004).
