eHEALTH EXEC PAY UP 29% IN 2004
Compensation among eHealth and information services executives rose 29% in 2004 to $22.675 million, according to an EHI tally of 35 chairmen, chief executives and presidents at 21 publicly traded companies.

’04 STOCK OPTIONS TOP $83 MILLION
eHealth and information services executives received a total of 9.7 million stock options valued at $82.947 million in 2004.

NANCY HAM RESIGNS FROM PROXYMED
Less than a month after ProxyMed (Atlanta, GA) announced the appointment of a new chief executive, company president Nancy Ham announced her resignation effective next month.

RELAYHEALTH GETS INVESTMENT FROM MCKESSON, CISCO
RelayHealth (Emeryville, CA), which provides technology to facilitate online office visits between patients and physicians, announced that it has received equity investments from McKesson Corp. (San Francisco) and Cisco Systems (San Jose, CA).

eHealth and information services stocks rose 3% in the two weeks ended June 17, according to a tally of 24 issues tracked by EHI.
