Amicas Inc. (Boston) reported fourth-quarter 2005 net income of $975,000 on revenues of $14.225 million, compared to a net loss of $9.911 million on revenues of $12.112 million in the same period a year earlier.

Allscripts (Chicago) said it has won a contract valued at more than $2 million to provide electronic medical record technology to Springfield Clinic (Springfield, IL), a multi-specialty practice with 213 physicians across 22 locations.
