WellPoint Inc. (Indianapolis) will acquired Atrium Health Plan (Hudson, WI), a unit of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota serving 52,000 group and individual HMO and PPO lives in 28 counties in northern and western Wisconsin.
