CIGNA TO ACQUIRE MC CONSULTANTS
Cigna Corp. (Philadelphia) has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Managed Care Consultants Inc. (Henderson, NV), a third-party administrator and PPO with a network of 3600 providers and 31 hospitals.
