HUMANA TO BUY KMG FOR $188 MILLION
Humana (Louisville, KY) announced a definitive agreement to acquire publicly traded KMG America Corp. (Minnetonka, MN) for $6.20 per share, a 78% premium over KMG’s closing price the day before the deal was announced.
