TUFTS, DESTINY END ALLIANCE; DOESN’T MEET GOALS
Tufts Health Plan (Waltham, MA) and Destiny Health (Chicago) have ended a three-year-old alliance to sell consumer-directed health plans tied to HRAs in Massachusetts after the venture fell short of enrollment expectations.
