UNIVERSITY OF KY HRA PLAN ATTRACTS TINY ENROLLMENT
The University of Kentucky (Lexington, KY) has just 75 of its 12,000 employees enrolled in a three-year-old self-insured consumer-driven plan that operates like an HRA-compatible plan, said Joey Payne, director of employee benefits and self-funded plans.
